Cessnock Waste Management Centre has reopened and is accepting green waste from residents affected by recent storms, free of charge. The site is operating with reduced network services. Anticipate some delays.
New suburb entry signs were installed for the suburbs of Heddon Greta and Cliftleigh, in response to community feedback received following the previous rollout of signs in late 2020. The subjects of the suburb entry signs were chosen from a community survey undertaken in 2022.
