We’re developing a concept plan to upgrade the BMX facility at Carmichael Park in Bellbird.
We’ve engaged Bike Tracks Australia and Bligh Tanner to help us but we want to know what the community values in a BMX facility so your ideas can be incorporated into a draft concept plan.
The draft concept plan will be made available for further community feedback and comment before being reported to Council in early 2022. The newly elected Council will make the final decision on the concept plan for the upgraded facility.
Purpose of the workshop
This online workshop will explore your ideas and vision for the facility as well as discuss the pros and cons of different track styles and surfaces. It is open to anyone with an interest in BMX who would like to provide input into the concept plan.
What you'll need to participate
The workshop will be hosted using Microsoft Teams and will include interactive elements using your computer, phone or tablet device. We recommend using a desktop computer, laptop or tablet if your phone has a smaller screen.
