Free Compost Give-away

Our popular free compost give-away is happening on Thursday 8 December at Kurri Kurri Aquatic Centre from 10am. The team will be giving out compost until stocks are exhausted! Each household can grab a 25L bag of garden organics compost.  

The compost is made from the contents of your green lidded garden organics bin, This compost will help your soil to retain moisture and nutrients, making for healthy soil and plants in your garden.

Tips:

  • Bring your rates notice or drivers licence for proof of residency.
  • No bags will be available prior to the published start time and the event will finish when all the bags are gone.
  • Dates are subject to change due to weather conditions. Check our Facebook page on the day or call Solo Resource Recovery on 4947 8511.
  • The ‘Garden Organics’ promotional bags of compost are not available for purchase
