CYCOS venue hire

If you're looking for a space to hire, you may like to consider CYCOS. We have three spaces available to hire, including:

  • Main programming room (suitable for workshops, presentations or activities for up 35 people)
  • Two furnished office spaces (suitable for small meetings or one on one consultations)

Who can hire? 

Not for profit organisations piloting the establishment of a youth service or youth program delivered by trained professionals in the areas of legal, health, drug and alcohol prevention, mental health or counselling services can make an application seeking up to 20 free full day office space use at CYCOS (subject to availability).

The youth service or youth program being piloted must be focused on young people living in the Cessnock LGA aged 12 to 25 years.

Applications

An application must be in writing and is at the discretion of the Community and Cultural Engagement Manager. Completed CYCOS facility hire applications(PDF, 383KB) can be forwarded to youthcentre@cessnock.nsw.gov.au
