Samaritans Information and Neighbourhood Centre supports the Hunter Valley community.

Samaritans Information and Neighbourhood Centre is a vital community centre offering information, support, emergency assistance and centre-based activities, with 15 visiting services using the centre on a regular basis.

This centre regularly hosts law talks, rent seminars and community events.

Playgroup at Home is accessible 24/7 to families with children birth – 5yrs; providing a space to keep connected, to experience playgroup at home, to discover resources, activities, tips, articles, videos, story time & much more!

Samaritans is a large regional welfare organisation that has been operating in the community for almost 40 years. Our geographic reach covers the Hunter, Central Coast, Newcastle, Mid North Coast and Central Western regions of NSW. 

As the welfare arm of the Anglican Diocese of Newcastle, Samaritans is a member of the national network of Anglicare Australia social welfare agencies. The Anglicare Australia Network partners with people, families and communities to build resilience, inclusion and justice through services and advocacy.
