Finding Yellow is a not-for-profit disability service provider who has delivered supports to people in the local government area of Cessnock for 35+ years.
Originally known as Cessnock Hostel, we were started in the 1980s by local families, for the local community.
Our name has changed and we have modernised, but our core values remain the same – people are at the heart of all we do.
We work with people living with a disability to build capacity to increase community participation and connections.
As a Registered NDIS Provider, we help people maximise their NDIS plans by providing tailored supports designed to enable people to thrive.
Our services include supported independent living, support coordination/COS, community drop-in support, social activities and supported getaways.
