Cessnock City Library’s Big Book Sale returns

It’s time for book lovers and bargain hunters to clear some space next to their reading nooks – Cessnock City Library’s Big Book Sale is coming back.

The highly anticipated annual event returns for 10 days from 9am on Tuesday, 4 February, 2025, with some amazing deals on a wide variety of pre-loved library books, magazines, music, and DVDs.

Not only is the Big Book Sale a great opportunity for bookworms to add to their collection at incredibly low prices, it’s also a way for the library to recycle stock and make room for new titles.

"We are thrilled to bring back the Library Big Book Sale for its annual run," said Library Services Co-ordinator Rose-marie Walters.

"This event has been a huge hit with the community in the past and we are excited to offer even more amazing deals this year."
