Use this form if you require access to adjoining ownership details for the purposes of constructing, replacing or repairing a dividing fence.

Use this form to obtain approval to carry out certain activities as they relate to categories including (but not limited to):

• structures or places of public entertainment
• water supply, sewerage and stormwater drainage work
•  management of waste
• community land
• public roads 

Use this form if you require a new or modified address as a result of a new development.

Residents outside the waste collection service area can complete this form to obtain vouchers for their household waste & recycling (alternative waste and recycling arrangements).

Schools and community groups should use the below form to apply to use a Council swimming pool for events and carnivals during the season.

Complete this agreement if you have applied to hire one of Council's outdoor swimming pools for your event.  

Use this form to hire a banner pole to promote your event. 

For all BASIX affected buildings, please Submit this form to Council along with an attached copy of the BASIX Certificate prior to, or in conjunction with, a request for:

• a final inspection; and/or
• an application for an Occupation Certificate

Blue Disc Service is a special waste collection for people who are unable to present their bins (waste, recycling & organics) on the kerb for collection due to mobility issues. 

You must lodge your building information certificate electronically via the NSW Planning Portal.

If your certificate is incomplete, you'll receive details on what is required via the Planning Portal. Once your certificate details are complete and accepted for lodgement on the Planning Portal, Council's Customer Service Team will contact you for payment.

Please note: Your certificate will not be considered lodged until the fees have been paid in full.
