The City of Cessnock Hall of Fame celebrates local individuals and families who have attained significant prominence at a state, national or international level in their chosen field.

The nomination process is now OPEN until 9 September 2024, for inductions in 2025. Please fill out the nomination form linked below, after reviewing the Guidelines and Assessment documents.

Inductees are honoured for their outstanding achievement. There are six categories of recognition including Arts, Sport, Public Service, Science, Business and Meritorious Families.

Hall of Fame plaques

Those who are inducted into the City of Cessnock Hall of Fame are recognised on the ‘Wall of Fame’ located at Performance Arts Culture Cessnock. They are also commemorated on plaques across Cessnock Local Government Area.
